Every Little Thing

Imagine a world where support isn’t about fitting people into neat little boxes but about truly seeing and understanding each individual’s unique needs. That vision is the heart of Every Little Thing. We believe that true support comes from recognising and valuing the whole person – not just a collection of symptoms. We provide specialist, face-to-face, one-to-one support that empowers individuals to actively engage in their daily activities and connect with the wider community.

Our mission is to redefine mental health and community wellbeing by creating an individualised service where support transcends traditional boundaries. We empower individuals through personalised, one-to-one support that addresses not only immediate mental health needs but also the broader social challenges that impact our clients’ daily lives.

We are passionately dedicated to delivering a specialist, niche and comprehensive support service and we are here to ensure that everyone feels truly seen and supported.

Empowering
Reconnection

We empower our clients to reconnect with the world around them. We understand the power of a good walk in the woods or along the beach. From taking your shoes off and feeling the earth between your toes, to reconnecting with family and friends, we are there to support you every step of the way!

Enriching
Lives

We support our clients in a variety of ways. Whether that be improving their travel confidence, finding new jobs, learning to cook, or rediscovering the pleasure of gardening; we’re big believers that life can be lived to the fullest no matter your current situation, continually enriching their experiences.

Embracing
Joy

We love to encourage our clients, focussing on what uplifts, energises, and nurtures their well-being. Even through the challenges we face in life, we can embrace joy as it can be found in the most unlikely of places.

How We Help ...

Our team of DBS-certified, qualified support workers provide community, well-being and mental health support to adults across East Sussex. Every Little Thing takes a holistic view of our client’s needs, gathering a 360 perspective from close friends and family, social workers, and wider support network. This all helps to bring a nuanced approach to every clients’ support, encompassing all aspects of their well-being. Our services can also be designed to actively support those who are experiencing a severe mental health crisis.

We currently operate in East Sussex, taking professional referrals from social workers, other health and social care agencies, and GPs. We also take personal referrals from family, friends, and self-referrals. Whether in a time of crisis, or just needing an extra bit of support, we are here to provide non-judgemental advice and support in every step of a person’s journey. We have a variety of competitive pricing models, whether that be through direct payments via East Sussex County Council, or through personal payments. Please give us a call to discuss this with one of the team.

Who Are We?

Every Little Thing is a specialist support service designed to catch people who have fallen through the net of traditional care services. We do this by bridging the gap between domiciliary (home care) and crisis support services across East Sussex, challenging the usually impersonal and formal approach. Our frontline team are qualified and CPD accredited support workers, supported by a versatile experienced management team who come from a range of backgrounds in care and social work. At the heart of Every Little Thing lies a passion for making people feel like they aren’t a collection of tick boxes, and a belief that everyone can find joy in their life – no matter their circumstances.
