Every Little Thing
Imagine a world where support isn’t about fitting people into neat little boxes but about truly seeing and understanding each individual’s unique needs. That vision is the heart of Every Little Thing. We believe that true support comes from recognising and valuing the whole person – not just a collection of symptoms. We provide specialist, face-to-face, one-to-one support that empowers individuals to actively engage in their daily activities and connect with the wider community.
Our mission is to redefine mental health and community wellbeing by creating an individualised service where support transcends traditional boundaries. We empower individuals through personalised, one-to-one support that addresses not only immediate mental health needs but also the broader social challenges that impact our clients’ daily lives.
We are passionately dedicated to delivering a specialist, niche and comprehensive support service and we are here to ensure that everyone feels truly seen and supported.

“I really don’t know where I would be without the support and guidance from ELT. I never thought I would be able to live alone but more than that I actually really enjoy it and have built so much confidence these last few years.”

My daughter has had a PA from Every Little Thing for 10 months now and looks forward to her day out each week. She goes shopping, to the gym, out for lunch and other activities that she doesn’t want to do with “mum”. Having a caring, happy, PA has certainly enriched her life and it enables her to do things she wouldn’t otherwise be able to do. I have worked for Amie who is my daughter for over 8 years and all I can say is that I end every working day with a smile on my face. I always feel appreciated and not everyone can say that. I have watched this unique service grow from strength to strength and am so proud of what Amie and the entire team have achieved 👏 George Martin5 December 2024Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. After the loss of my wife 8 years ago I was at the point of despair. Every little thing came to my rescue and over the years Dani has become a part of my family. Nothing is ever too much fo her. She even took me to visit my son In Cornwall for a week. I can now cook which I could never do. Dani takes my dogs present and past as if they were her own. I had brain surgery 4 years at Brighton Hospital and Dani visited me several times even picking up my Daughter to come. Dani and I have complete trust in each other and will continue our friendship forever. THANK YOU TO EVERY LITTLE THING Helga Akitt4 December 2024Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Wolfie, my daughter, is a whisper of magic in a world that often struggles to understand her. She sees the world through eyes painted with stardust, where raindrops are shimmering jewels and clouds are celestial swans gliding across an azure canvas. But navigating this world with autism and agoraphobia can be a lonely journey, a tightrope walk between wonder and fear. Sensory overload can transform a bustling street into a cacophony of chaos, and social interactions can feel like navigating a maze blindfolded. Before Lyndsey, Wolfie's laughter, once the soundtrack of our home, had become a fading melody. The anxieties that clung to her like shadows threatened to extinguish her vibrant spirit, confining her to the sanctuary of our home. Each attempt to coax her outside was met with a silent retreat, a heartbreaking reminder of the invisible walls that imprisoned her. Then Lyndsey arrived, a beacon of light in the encroaching darkness. With a heart woven from compassion and a spirit as free as a bird, she possesses an extraordinary ability to connect with Wolfie's soul. She sees beyond the labels and diagnoses, recognizing the unique beauty and boundless potential within. Lyndsey doesn't just 'take' Wolfie on outings; she crafts enchanted expeditions, transforming ordinary moments into extraordinary adventures. A walk in the park becomes a quest for hidden fairies, with Lyndsey weaving tales of mischievous sprites and whispering secrets of the ancient trees. A visit to the fisherman's museum transforms into a time-travelling escapade, where they wander through galleries filled with echoes of the past, Lyndsey breathing life into dusty artefacts with her captivating stories. With infinite patience and unwavering understanding, Lyndsey transforms potential triggers into opportunities for growth. When a sudden thunderstorm threatened to overwhelm Wolfie with its booming thunder and flashing lightning, Lyndsey, with a mischievous grin, declared it a 'dragon's dance'. They stood together, creating their own fantastical narrative, their laughter echoing amidst the storm's roar, turning fear into a shared adventure. These experiences have been a lifeline for Wolfie. Her laughter, once a distant echo, now fills our home once more. Her confidence has blossomed, her spirit soaring on wings of newfound freedom. She's discovering a love for nature, a passion for art, and a voice that dares to whisper its own unique song. But Lyndsey's impact ripples far beyond these wonderful outings. She's become Wolfie's confidante, her cheerleader, a guardian angel whispering encouragement and celebrating every triumph, no matter how small. She's helped Wolfie find her voice, her courage, her own unique path through the world. As a mother navigating the challenges of caring for a child with complex needs, while battling my own health struggles, Lyndsey's support has been an anchor in stormy seas. Her kindness, her empathy, her willingness to lend a hand or a listening ear, have been a balm to my weary soul. She reminds me that I'm not alone, that there is beauty even in the midst of struggle, and that hope, like a tenacious wildflower, can bloom even in the most unexpected places. Every Little Thing, with Aimy's unwavering commitment to matching the right support worker with the right individual, has been a gift beyond measure. They understand that true care is an art, a symphony of compassion, understanding, and unwavering belief in the human spirit. Thanks to them, Wolfie's world is expanding, her laughter is echoing, and our family is bathed in the warm glow of hope. Alison Rose14 November 2024Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I moved my son from another service to Every little thing earlier in the year. The care and support he has received has been outstanding. His confidence has grown and he is so happy now. His support worker enables him to enjoy more aspects of life from his flat , to the community and accessing public transport. I have watched my son mature and become more aware of what he needs to do. Every little thing is living up to its name by caring for every aspect of my sons life. I'm so pleased we made the move to them. I do not live close enough to see my son often but I am able to relax knowing that he is being helped in so many ways. It's the best choice I could have made. Jody Morris1 November 2024Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I have been working for Every Little Thing for just under two years now. I can honestly say it's such a wonderful company to work for. They really care about you as a staff member and the clients. It's so refreshing. Amie is an amazing boss, very approachable and really listens and cares. Along with Dani, Julie and all other staff I haven't mentioned. I would highly recommend this company to work for also for family or friends that need extra help. Julie Fox9 October 2024Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. When I was made redundant end of 2023, I was at an all time low and doubted that I could continue in the care sector. I applied for a job with Every Little Thing however as I really liked their website, it stood out in its uniqueness and looked ‘real’, particularly in terms of values and heartfelt commitment to their clients. My interview was a success and I have never looked back on my decision to stay in this field of work. Amie is an incredible boss to work for, her infectious enthusiasm and values are so motivating. Not only does she care wholeheartedly for her clients, she really values her staff and bends over backwards to ensure work life is a happy life. I’m very grateful for having this position within ELT and cant thank Amie enough for restoring my faith in the work that I love.
