Who We've Helped
Meet the People We Support
Whether you’re concerned for the safety of a loved one or are having a tough time yourself, we’re here for you. This includes people experiencing a severe mental health crisis.
Be aware that, while we’re willing to help in all sorts of situations, if you’re worried about someone’s safety, please contact 999 or The Samaritans, or take them to your local A&E department.

Adam is a male in his 20’s who needed help building confidence in the community and assistance with studying or finding work. He also needed our support whilst attending appointments with the mental health team.

Mia is a 26-year-old female who we started supporting in 2016. She was referred by her Housing Association for support with accessing the community, gaining confidence, mental wellbeing and general daily living skills.

Jason is a man in his 60’s who we started working with in 2019. He was referred to us by Adult Social Care for support with his physical disabilities, agoraphobia, mental health and suicidal thoughts.
